....Riley has also written a work for guitar, improvising guitarist, piano and guitar orchestra called Y Bolanzero. A recording is available on Cadenza CAD 800 879. The piece is performed by the Jugendgitarrenorchester Baden-Württemberg with Terry Riley on piano, david Tanenbaum on guitar and Gyan Riley on the improvised part. The disc also includes performances of Henry Brant's Rosewood for 100 guitars, an arrangement of Spain by Chick Corea, Acerca del cielo, el aire y la sonrisa, La ciudad de mille cuerdas, and Fantasia de los ecos by Leo Brouwer, and what may be the first commercially available recording of Steve Reich's Electric Counterpoint performed by live ensemble...

..The first ensemble recording of Electric Counterpoint was released 2001 on Cadenza CAD 800 879 with the Jugendgitarrenorchester Baden-Württemberg directed by Helmut Oesterreich and Roland Boehm and with David Tanenbaum as soloist.

Acerca del cielo, el aire y la sonrisa - La ciudad de mille cuerdas, Fantasia de los ecos are guitar ensemble pieces written for the Hungarian festival of Esztergom in 1979. They are available in print from Dobermann-Yppan and have been recorded by the Jugendgitarrenorchester Baden-Württemberg on Cadenza CAD 800 879.
